At MELO Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
